Returns
Due to state and federal regulations on the sale of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final. Products purchased through tropiccc.com are not eligible for return once shipped. You assume responsibility for your purchase upon delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@tropiccc.com within 15 days of your purchase date, and we will do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@tropiccc.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item or packaging so we can process your claim quickly.
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order — we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing, not including weekends or holidays.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. Your order is not final until checkout is complete and you receive an order confirmation.
